Subscription Agreement for Missed Call Recovery Service

This monthly subscription agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on the date of purchase of the Generalwebers Service, between Generalwebers, a SARL company with its registered office at Lotissement Agdal Rue 10 Imm 220 Rdc Magasin N°1 Sidi Moumen, registered in the commercial register under No. 547211 referred to as: "the Company", and the business entity that has decided to subscribe to this service by accepting the terms and services. referred to as: "the Client".

1. Purpose of the Agreement

1.1 The Company provides the Client with a missed call management service called Generalwebers (the "Service").

1.2 The Client wishes to subscribe to a monthly subscription to the Service, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Subscription Duration

2.1 The subscription starts on the Effective Date and continues on a monthly basis until one of the parties terminates the Agreement in accordance with clause 6.

3. Services Provided

3.1 The Company will provide the Client with access to the Generalwebers platform, which sends automatic text messages to patients whose calls have been missed, allowing appointments to be scheduled. It also includes an integrated CRM for client management and Customer Service.

3.2 The Company will ensure the secure backup of the Client's data.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 The Client agrees to pay the Company monthly subscription fees as follows:

• Basic plan: 999 DH per month
• Premium plan: 3000 DH per month

4.2 In addition to the monthly subscription fees, the Client agrees to pay a one-time installation fee of 3000 DH (the "Setup Fee").

4.3 Payments will be made by automatic debit from the payment details provided by the Client.

5. Client Rights and Obligations

5.1 The Client agrees to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 The Client is responsible for the security of their login credentials and any activity conducted under their credentials.

5.3 The Client can access and download their data at any time through the platform.

6. Termination

6.1 The Client may cancel their subscription at any time without notice. No prorated refunds will be given for the current month.

6.2 Upon termination, the Company will send the Client's data files by email to the address provided during registration.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 The Company agrees to protect the confidentiality of the Client's data and not to disclose this information to third parties.

8. Liability

8.1 The total liability of the Company, in case of a claim, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. General Provisions

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

9.2 Any amendments to the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

9.3 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

10. Acceptance of the Agreement

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
